A method of providing an injection moulded plastics part (5) for a device (1). The plastics part (5) is provided by injection moulding in an injection mould comprising at least two mould parts (9,10), and it is provided with a lacquer (15) on at least one surface. The injection moulded plastics part (5) is provided with the lacquer (15) before it is ejected from the injection mould. The invention furthermore relates a plastics part manufactured by the described method.
