PURPOSE: Provided is an overmolding composition for noise reduction of intake manifold for car, which can prevent noise from being transferred into the car when air is flowed in the car, so as to improve driving environment. CONSTITUTION: The composition comprises 15-30 wt% of dimethylterephthalate, 30-45 wt% of 1,4-butanediol, 25-40 w% of polytetramethyl glycol, and 1-10 wt% of tetrahydrofuran. The composition provides a comfortable and agreeable driving environment to driver, when the composition is overmolded on existing intake manifold. |
