PURPOSE: A multifunctional oil fence is provided to heighten economical efficiency by decreasing depositories and conveyance facilities by reducing the volume of an oil fence, to execute a control work of insect pests rapidly and effectively, and to prevent environmental pollution by recycling a portion of an oil fence. CONSTITUTION: The multifunctional oil fence contains a buoyant body(10) provided with an air vent(20) to inject air to the buoyant body(10) and a Styrofoam inlet(11) to inject liquefied Styrofoam, and a chain(30) weighting down to control the buoyancy of the buoyant body(10).
