PURPOSE: A method for storing power in an ionospheric reflection propagation band is provided to transceive small data, and to control a necessary output when transmitting the data through instant power supply by applying a power storage technology, thereby minimizing data loss up to a central base station from a terminal. CONSTITUTION: A terminal(12) comprises as follows. A call signal received from a central base station is recovered in circular waveform in a receiving amplifying end(21), and enters an MCU module(14) through a filter(20), a decoder module(18), and a modem(15). The MCU module(14) confirms whether the call signal is adjusted, and reads data to be transmitted. The read data is transmitted through the modem(15), an encoder module(17), and a transmission amplifying end(19). A power control circuit(16) outputs propagation through a transmission antenna(24) by storing power as much as certain time.
