PURPOSE: Provided is a method for preparing frozen samgetang which maintains the taste and flavor of samge and is removed from unpleasant taste and smell peculiar thereto. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing frozen samgetang comprises the steps of: preparing stock using bones and legs of a chicken, green tea and natural flavoring agent; boiling a chicken stuffed with glutinous rice, and ginseng; packing the stock and chicken prepared above with a retort pouch film; and sterilizing and rapidly freezing it. |
