PURPOSE: A preventing device of an idle rotation for a wheel of a vehicle is provided to escape the vehicle from the fallen space without the damage of the vehicle by introducing a wire winding wheel in the idle rotating position of the wheel and fixing a wire in the advancing position of the wheel. CONSTITUTION: A box cap connecting screw(2) comprises a box cap(20), a male screw(21) and a hexagonal portion(22). A wire winding wheel(3) comprises a wire winding groove(30), plural introducing slots(32) in the middle introducing plate(31) and a through hole(33) in the wire winding groove. A wire(4) is inserted in the through hole and combined by a wire fixing piece(6). A fixing hook(7) is combined with the wire by a U bolt(8). The box cap connecting screw(2) is connected with a cap nut(1) for fixing a wheel, the wire winding wheel(3) is introduced and combined through a wheel fixing cap nut(5). The wire is fixed in the front ground of a vehicle. Thereby, the vehicle is escaped from the fallen space easily.
