PURPOSE: A dactylology interpreter and a data communication system using the dactylology interpreter are provided to sense the movements of the fingers and the hands, and to output corresponding text or voice so that the interpreter can be used as a data input device or data communication device. CONSTITUTION: The device comprises a sensing glove(100) and a dactylology interpretation processor(200). The sensing glove(100) includes sensors(1101-1105, 1201-1204, 1301-1302) installed on the back of the hand in a cotton glove(101) for sensing the movements of the fingers and the hand of a user. The dactylology interpretation processor(200) converts the sensed signals into text or voice according to a set rule. The first sensor group(100) senses the movement of the fingers. The second sensor group(1201-1204), installed between the fingers, sense the spread or the bent state of the fingers. The third sensors(1301-1302), installed at both ends of the wrist, sense the bent or rotational state of the wrist.
