PURPOSE: A temperature controller calibration/test apparatus is provided to improve productivity and reliability of an article by automatically carrying out calibration and test processes of a temperature controller. CONSTITUTION: A temperature controller calibration/test apparatus includes a computer(10), a monitor(20), a multi-meter(30), a current/voltage generator(40), a calibration/test jig(50), a temperature controller(60), a converter(70), a relay box(80) and a communication section(90). The computer(10) includes a GPIB communication port(11), a DIO communication port(12), and an input/output port(13). The computer(10) measures a characteristic value of the temperature controller(60) based on a temperature controller calibration/test program. The GPIB communication port(11) transmits a control value to the current/voltage generator(40) and receives a measured value from the multi-meter(30). The DIO communication port(13) transmits a control signal to the relay box(80) and receives an output signal from the relay box(80).
