PURPOSE: An embossing used for maintaining a joint gap formed between base metals is provided to improve a wetting characteristic and a capillary action by forming the embossing on the base metals in such a manner that the joint gap formed between base metals is constantly maintained. CONSTITUTION: At least two embossings are formed on base metals so as to constantly maintain a joint gap formed between base metals. If the joint gap is biased to one direction, the joint gap is enlarged so that filler metal is not fully filled in the joint gap or filler metal is overflowing from the joint gap. The number of embossings is selected depending on characteristic of the base metals. By constantly forming the joint gap, a fault rate is remarkably reduced. The filler metal is effectively penetrated between the base metals so that brazing efficiency is improved.
