PURPOSE: A heavy equipment cooling system having an eccentric cooling fan is provided to prevent lowering of performance of the cooling fan by installing the eccentric cooling fan additionally, and to maximize cooling efficiency by selectively cooling the charge air cooler and the oil cooler with moving the eccentric cooling fan according to temperature of the charge air cooler and the oil cooler. CONSTITUTION: A heavy equipment cooling system comprises a charge air cooler(4) and an oil cooler(5) installed in the front of a radiator(3); a guide rail(7) placed eccentrically to the center of a cooling fan and formed from the charge air cooler to the oil cooler; an eccentric cooling fan(10) moving along the guide rail by an actuator(8) and rotating by a fan motor(11); temperature detecting sensors(9,9',9'') installed in the radiator, the charge air cooler and the oil cooler; and a control box(12) driving the actuator and the fan motor corresponding to the measured temperature from the temperature detecting sensor, and controlling the position and rotation of the eccentric cooling fan.
