PURPOSE: A composition for treating heavy metals of acid mine drainage using fisher waste sludge and starfish is provided to prevent soil contamination and river pollution due to heavy metals spilled from dead mine drainage. CONSTITUTION: The composition is prepared by drying fishery waste sludge at 105 deg.C; incinerating starfish at 550 deg.C; and blending the fishery waste sludge and starfish in a ratio of 1:0.5 to 1.
