PAY-OFF STRAND FOR ELIMINATING NOISE

PURPOSE: A pay-off strand is provided to prevent the generation of noise by forming a wire inlet unit in a casting. CONSTITUTION: A bobbin(10) winds a wire(11). A wire inlet unit(13) made up with a casting(13a) material is opposite to a rotary axis(10a) direction of the bobbin(10). The bobbin(10) is supported by a truck(12) to be sliding-inserted into an opened unit of the wire inlet unit(13). The wire(11) being winded to the bobbin(10) unfastens to the rotary axis(10a) direction to pass through a through hole(14) of a back end of the wire inlet unit(13) and is delivered to an extruding machine(15). The wire(11) unfastens on centering of the rotary axis(10a) in a circle. A wheel(10b) is adhered to an end of the bobbin(10) in order to reduce a ripple of the bobbin(10).
