PURPOSE: A terminal cam structure of a motor control center is provided to increase the coupling force by forming a terminal cam in a spur gear shape. CONSTITUTION: A terminal cam(310) is comprised of a rotational axis(310a) having a structure of which four sawtooth(310b) are formed in a bending state so as to have a quarter spur gear shape at a lower portion of the rotation. A radius R of the spur gear is about 2.4cm. As a result, the sawtooth(310b) has a round shape. Owing to the round shape, an operational radius of the sawtooth(310b) is increased so that the sawtooth(310b) strongly presses a connection terminal inserted into a terminal case. When the sawtooth(310b) of the terminal cam(310) touches the connection terminal, a contact resistance between the sawtooth(310b) and the connection terminal.
