PURPOSE: A right angle connector for a printed circuit board, a manufacturing method thereof, and manufactured articles are provided to reduce the size and the weight of the electric connector by integrally forming the electric connector. CONSTITUTION: An electric connector is composed of a keying mechanism(10) for connecting to a matching connector; a grounding element(20) of a first grounding element; a grounding extension part(38) of a second grounding element for connecting to the grounding element; and a body(30) having the extension part attached and having a mounting unit used for connecting to a printed circuit board disposed. When the keying mechanism and the body are connected to the mating connector and to the printed circuit board, respectively, the grounding element and the extension part provide grounding connection to a predetermined grounding position of the chassis of an automobile.
