PURPOSE: A blade shape is provided to improve the structural stability of a blade by partially transforming the shape of a trailing-edge. CONSTITUTION: A blade comprises a strong blade structure(1) to take a structural load and a soft trailing-edge(2). In blowing sudden strong blast from below, the shape of the trailing-edge is transformed to change the flowing angle in the end of the blade. Thereby, the sudden increase of a load against the blade is prevented by preventing the sudden increase of a circulation against the blade structure. In the downward air flow through the strong blast or the turbulence, the trailing-edge is transformed to prevent the sudden change of the load against the blade. Thereby, the structural strength of the blade is improved.
