PURPOSE: A system for settling a charge is provided to make the cash flow of a goods supplier by enabling a customer to buy the goods from the goods supplier on credit and enabling the goods supplier to receive the settlement promptly as intermediating a mobile communication company and a credit card company between the customer and the goods supplier. CONSTITUTION: The communication company(10) provides a communication service to the customer(2). The goods supplier(20) provides the goods to the customer(2), is equipped with a reader(4) reading a non-contact type settlement tool(3) of the customer(2), and cooperates with the communication company(10). The credit card company(30) pays the goods buying charge to the goods supplier(20) on credit by giving the credit to the communication company(10) based on the credit relation between the communication company(10) and the customer(2) using a communication terminal(3A) of the communication company(10), and collects the goods buying charge from the communication company(10).
