PURPOSE: A medical mat is provided to improve a treatment effect of fomentation and acupuncture treatment as well as a massage effect. CONSTITUTION: The medical mat, equipped with a thermotherapy appliance(12), a control panel(14), a control box(13), and a driving motor(23) to stimulate acupuncture spots, comprises a driving device having the motor and a compression roller(25), a wire tension adjustment device for facilitating movement of the thermotherapy appliance, a vibration device for massage treatment, and a wire tension compensation device for maintaining tension of wires at the same value.
