PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a unit building capable of reducing the cost of part items forming a balcony. SOLUTION: This unit building 1 comprises a building body 6 having a main house part 60 with a second story portion and a lean-to 61 with a first story portion and formed on a foundation 5, a roof 7 of gable roof structure installed on the upper side of the main house part 60 of a building body 6, and a balcony 8 extended in the direction of the girders of the roof 7 and installed on the upper side of the lean-to portion 61 of the building body 6. The balcony 8 comprises rectangular floor materials 40 forming a sloped floor surface with gradient for water, a handrail wall 41 vertically installed in a channel shape along the upper peripheral edge portions of the floor materials 40, and a metal handrail 42 installed on the handrail wall 41.
