PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily discriminate an unfair opening of a lid by surely visually confirm whether a history of opening the lid exists or not in addition to ensuring easiness of packaging an article. SOLUTION: A sheet 10 for wrapping used for packaging the article comprises a sheet main body 30 and a pressure-sensitive self-adhesive layer 40 laminated along at least one edge part of this sheet main body 30 and a perforation 31 is provided on the sheet main body 30 at a position of the pressure-sensitive self-adhesive layer 40 so that when the sheet main body 30 is once peeled off from the article, that fact can be displayed.
