PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pinball game machine which can prevent a game ball from flowing back along a guide passage, by surely shooting the game ball, shot by a game ball shooting device, into a game area. SOLUTION: When colliding with any one of obstruction nails 11 and bouncing off toward an extension part 25a of a preventive piece 25, the game ball P shot into the game area 8 collides with the extension part 25a so as to be prevented from intruding to the downstream side of a flying path K1 with respect to the extension part 25a. Thus, the game ball P, which collides with the obstruction nail 11 and bounces off, is prevented from colliding with a preventive piece 23 of a return ball preventing member 21 by the extension part 25a. Consequently, when the next game ball P passes by pushing open the preventive piece 23, the game ball P, which collides with the obstruction nail 11 and bounces off, is prevented from colliding with an extension part 23a of the preventive piece 23, and the next game ball P is prevented from flowing back through the guide passage 9.
