<p>A fitting contains a housing (2), a rotating body (4) which is situated in said housing and which is especially configured in the form of a conical plug, and a bushing (18) which is provided in the housing (2) in order to float mount and seal the rotating body (4). A cover (14) that is provided is connected to the housing (2), a shaft (12) that is coupled with the rotating body (4) being guided out through this cover. A sealing element (30, 44) is associated with said shaft. The aim of the invention is to configure the fitting in such a way that the bushing (18) and/or the sealing element (30, 44) and/or the cover (14) can be mounted and/or are located centrally and free from lateral forces in relation to the axis (10) of the float-mounted rotating body (4). To this end, the shaft (12) is configured as a single piece with the rotating body (4), the cover (14) can be centred in relation to the axis of rotation (10) of the rotating body (4)and is directly connected to the housing (2) with a nonpositive fit and the cover (14) contains a centring body (34) which is associated with the sealing element (30, 44) and can be radially aligned with the shaft (12).</p> |
