PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve abrasion resistance of a disposer for treating a wet refuse and to decrease a noise. SOLUTION: In the disposer for treating the wet refuse, a suction casing body is wholly made into a double structure by fitting a tubular metal hopper to the inside of a nearly cylindrical resin-made suction main body. An outside surface of the hopper is made to be a cylindrical surface fitted closely to the inner surface of the suction casing main body and an inner surface of the hopper is made to be funnel-shaped inclined surface narrowing downward. A fixed blade and a rotary blade of the disposer are constituted so as to be arranged downward inside a lower end circumference of the funnel-shaped inclined surface. The hopper is prepared by gouging out an inner surface of a thick-walled metallic cylindrical body in a funnel-shape. As another example, the hopper can be also prepared by fitting a truncated cone to a thin-walled cylinder to be joined at an upper end circumference. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
