PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for removing an inhibitory substance against an enzymatic gene amplification reaction, having excellent accuracy, repeatability, rapidness, simplicity, and economical efficiency, by using a filter so as to conduct extraction and purification of a target template DNA.
