Wooden house, e.g. shed or garden house, has modular ridge beam comprising sections joined via angled joints

The ridge beam comprises two sections (4a, 4b) connected via a joint at least partly extending at an angle relative to a plane perpendicular to the beam. The length of the joint in the beam length direction is sufficient to allow spaced apart fasteners, e.g. bolts, to be attached to the beam sections in order to fix them together. The house is assembled from wooden floor panels (1), wooden wall panels (2a-2d) in which doors and windows can be fitted, and wooden roof panels (3) with a roof covering. The roof parts rest against the wall panels at one end and against the ridge beam at the other end. An Independent claim is also included for an extension module for the wooden house, comprising wall, floor and roof panels connectable to the corresponding panels in the house, and a modular ridge beam connectable to the ridge beam via the above joint system.
