<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image recorder in which variation of dot diameter caused by adjacent or neighboring light emitting elements can be suppressed. <P>SOLUTION: The image recorder including a plurality of driven elements comprises means 2 for storing the driving data of each driven element, and an operating means 3 for reading out the driving data of each driven element corresponding to at least one other dot in a specified region including a remarkable dot and a driven element corresponding thereto from the storage means and generating corrected print data from the driving data thus read out and the print data of the remarkable dot inputted from a host control section, wherein printing is performed by driving the driven element corresponding to the remarkable dot using the corrected print data. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
