PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make ultrafine liquid particles capable of directly charging a medicine in the alveoli of the lung. SOLUTION: A treatment equipment is constituted of a fine liquid particle forming machine 3 for mixing the medicine with a liquid to dissolve the same and generating fine liquid particles from the medicine solution, a blower 4 for introducing air into the equipment at a wind velocity of 0.5-50 m/s simultaneously with the generation of the fine liquid particles by the fine liquid particle making machine 3 to form fine liquid particle mixed air and a separator 5 for almost separating fine liquid particles with a particle size of 0.3μm or more in fine liquid particle mixed air to form ultrafine liquid particle mixed air to generate ultrafine liquid particles arriving at alveoli.
