PURPOSE:To solve competition problem by sharing different time lengths respectively to each subscriber's private equipment and selecting the subscriber's private equipment having an outgoing request with maximum time length when the outgoing requests exist at the same time. CONSTITUTION:Subscribers, private equipments 10, 11, 13 transmit respectively outgoing request signals having 2, 3 and 5 unit time length in response to an outgoing request receiving command from a network terminal device 3. Each outgoing request signal from the devices 10-13 is wired-ORed on a subscriber line 20 and the outgoing request signal of the equipment 13 having the maximum time length is received on the device 3. The device 3 regards it as the outgoing request only from the equipment 13 and gives the right of use of the subscriber line 20 to the equipment 13. As a result, the competition problem is solved. |
