PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the structure capable of more securely confirming delivery.

SOLUTION: A delivery work control server 50 stores a package ID assigned to each package and a telephone number of a cellphone 20 carried by a recipient 2 of each package in correspondence to each other, and compares the content of the memory with a package ID and a telephone number transmitted from the cellphone 20 to confirm whether the package 60 is correctly delivered to the proper recipient 2 or not. When both the objects to be compared coincide with each other, the package ID is transmitted to the delivery work control server 50 through the cellphone 20 of the recipient 2 aimed by a sender, and the recipient 2 practically received the package 60 is judged as the proper recipient 2.
