PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the circuit arrangement of a memory controller. SOLUTION: An address computing part 240b permits an adjusting part 250a to select an m-th address request if determining that the m-th access request is for requesting access to an image memory 3a. When the adjusting part 250a selects the m-th access request accordingly, the address computing part 240a obtains the address of a memory area 31 of the image memory 3a according to the m-th access request, and a memory processing part 260a accesses the image memory 3a according to the address obtained.
