PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-dimensional CG production device not affecting a light incident angle onto an outputted image in spite of a change in camera arrangement. SOLUTION: In this three-dimensional CG production device, a polyhedron formed by connecting with straight lines respective coordinate points on the three-dimensional coordinate system is arranged as a photographed object OB, positional coordinates between an imaginary light source L for irradiating the photographed object and an imaginary camera C photographing the object are arranged for allowing photographing respectively, the position of the set imaginary camera is turned to be shifted, and an image of the photographed object is outputted as a three-dimensional CG to be displayed. The three- dimensional CG production device is constructed of a camera position shifting means 14 turning the camera position by a predetermined angle to the object and a light source position shifting means 16 turning the light source position by the predetermined angle to the same direction to the object, and after the turning shift of the camera, an output image always irradiated with light in the fixed direction is obtained.
