<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic recording/reproducing apparatus in which the number of components is reduced and a manufacturing process is simplified by using one of the keys for operation for the detection of a safety lug for preventing incorrect recording. <P>SOLUTION: The magnetic recording/reproducing apparatus comprises an operation member 6 which has one end joined to the other end of an operating key 5 and the other end 6d opposed to the movable part 11b of a function switch 11 for the operating key 5, and a turning member 7 which has one end 7a opposed to the operation member 6 and the other end 7b opposed to the safety lug 1d for preventing the incorrect recording of a cassette 1 and which is supported turnably. A safety lug detecting switch is eliminated by providing a driving means which turn on a function switch 11 by the fact that when the cassette 1 arrives at a loading position and the other end 7b of the turning member 7 contacts the safety lug 1d or a recessed part 1b without a safety lug, the turning member 7 is turned and the one end 7a presses the operation member 6, and a control means which makes the function switch 11 function as an exclusive switch allocated in advance while the cassette 1 is stopped at the loading position and makes the function switch 11 function as a switch for judging the presence or absence of the safety lug 1d while the cassette 1 moves between an inserting position and the loading position. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
