<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a water-proof structure of a terminal of a multiconductor sheathed cable whose water-proof effect can be improved. <P>SOLUTION: A coupling part 5a of a cylinder 5 is coupled with one end of a sheath 2 to attach the cylinder 5 to the sheath 2. A gap formed between the outer surface 2b of the sheath 2 and the facing part 5b of the cylinder 5 is filled with sealing material injected through the opening of the cylinder 5. Spaces are formed between a plurality of wires 3, etc., and between a bundle of the plurality of wires 3 and the sheath 2 and within a range in the sheath 2 with a prescribed distance from the opening 2a of the sheath 2 toward the other end of the sheath 2, are filled with the sealing material.
