PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a spinning finish for a biodegradable synthetic fiber generating little scum in the spinning of the biodegradable synthetic fiber, having high antistaticity and giving a spun yarn having physical properties resistant to the quick deterioration, and to provide a method for the treatment of the biodegradable synthetic fiber.
