PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waveform recording device capable of displaying channel markers of each channel sequentially at each fixed time, and enabling surely visual confirmation of all the markers. SOLUTION: This device is equipped at least with an A/D conversion means for digitalizing and taking waveform signals inputted from each channel, a central processing means equipped with an operation control function for performing required processing including waveform data after conversion, an operation means capable of performing input operation into the central processing means, a memory means capable of writing and reading-out of necessary data under general control by the central processing means, and a display means having a display screen for displaying the waveform data as a waveform under the general control by the central processing means. Each waveform allows a channel marker imparted as a discrimination mark for each channel to be added thereto individually and to be displayed collectively on the display screen, and each channel marker can be displayed repeatedly by replacing sequentially the order of priority on display at each fixed time.
