PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem wherein a conventional crime preventing system utilizing no image but utilizing sound from an alarm apparatus or the like has had incomplete evidence gathering performance and cannot have early cracked the criminal case even when the police is asked for help with this evidence. SOLUTION: A front supervisory camera 1, a rear supervisory camera 2, a left supervisory camera 3, and a right supervisory camera 4 acquire video images, a recording video recorder 6 in a container box 8 records the video images through an image 4-division unit 5, and a possessor of an automobile 10 opens the container box 8 to extract a storage medium in the recording video recorder 6, and sets the storage medium to an image reproducing apparatus, which applies image reproduction processing to the storage medium. Since the storage medium stores a state of a car theft stealing money and valuables or occurrence of a traffic accident or the like, the reproduced image from the storage medium indicates the state of the car theft or the traffic accident or the like to thereby provide real evidence by the video image being the best evidence.
