PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-developable photographic sensitive material having good planeness after heat development and causing no print blur fault. SOLUTION: The heat-developable photosensitive material has an image forming layer and a back layer on a support, at least one of the constituent layers of the heat-developable photosensitive material is formed by coating with a coating liquid containing≥20 mass% organic solvent, and when the heat-developable photosensitive material is exposed and processed using a heat developing machine with a preheating section, a heat developing section and a slow cooling section, wherein the heat developing section has heating members on the image forming layer side and on the back layer side with respect to the conveyed heat-developable photosensitive material and also has conveying rollers only on the image forming layer side, curvature quantity of each end of four sides of the heat-developable photosensitive material after processing using the heat developing machine is 0-4 mm/50 cm.
