FIELD: individual protecting facilities. SUBSTANCE: compound comprises polyvinyl chloride emulsion, mixture of dibutyl phthalate and dioctyl phthalate as plasticizer, and titanium dioxide as filler. Compound is used for protecting people from aggressive media, in particular, for coating mitten of workers employed in oil fields. Mitten is treated with compound at reduced treatment temperature. EFFECT: reduced costs by decreased number of components, simplified process for applying compound to mitten. 2 tbl
