FIELD: agricultural production and food-processing industry. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has vacuum-tight reservoir with outer jacket, thermal-cooling unit, hot and cold water reservoirs. Upper part of reservoir is connected through pipelines to vacuum pump of milking unit, milking apparatuses, and milk reservoirs. Lower part of reservoir is connected through pipeline with inlet end of milk channel of thermal cooling unit. Outlet end of said milk channel is connected to upper part of reservoir. Inlet end of coolant channel is connected through valve to farm water supply system and hot water reservoir. Outlet end of coolant channel is connected through valves with hot and cold water reservoirs, which are communicated with reservoir outer jacket. Thermal module unit is electrically connected to control unit. Temperature sensors are mounted on thermal cooling unit and reservoir and are electrically connected to control unit. Apparatus may be used for milk processing at farms having 200 heads of cows. EFFECT: increased efficiency, reduced power consumption and metal usage, reduced production costs. 1 dwg
