FIELD: waste water treatment. SUBSTANCE: biofilter, suitable for biochemical treatment of household sewage and chemically alike waste waters produced in chemical, microbiological, and biotechnological industries, is filled with sheets interconnected with the aid of cuts made therein at a distance 8 to 40 mm from each other and inclined at angle 20-35 deg. Sheets are combined in stacked sections arranged with angle of rotation to each other 90 deg. EFFECT: increased oxidative power of charge and simplified its preparation and mounting. 5 dwg
