PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a slightly cross-linked ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer excellent in calendar processability and hardly containing gels. SOLUTION: This slightly cross-linked ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer cross-linked with an organic peroxide and satisfying the following conditions (a) to (d).
