PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multipoint contact ball bearing capable of firmly supporting moment load, and causing no abnormal heating or deterioration of lubricant even if the bearing is used at high temperature. SOLUTION: In this multipoint contact ball bearing 11 of four-point contact or three-point contact type, a rest angleθ<SB>i</SB>of an inner ring raceway is set smaller than a rest angleθ<SB>0</SB>of an outer ring raceway. Or, a rest angle of a first groove for providing a first contact point and a rest angle of a second groove for providing a second contact point, which are formed to at least one of an inner ring 12 or an outer ring 13, are made to have different values.
