<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means of preventing a slipping accident when a road surface is frozen. <P>SOLUTION: The road marking 1 represents regulation, instructions or the like regarding road traffic by composing lines, characters or symbols comprising a color based on white or yellow on the road surface 10. It is composed by providing a color changing area 5 changing color at the proximity of a temperature with possibility of road surface freezing, preferably at a predetermined temperature of 0-3°C on one part or a whole of a marking surface. Particularly it is formed by laying a sheet comprising a heat resistant woven fabric base material and including pigment of the color based on white or yellow comprising a reversible thermochromic material on the road surface, and by this, a surface of a sheet part comprising one part or the whole of the road marking is used as the color changing area. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
