PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid blow-out nozzle which holds an appropriate pressure loss on the whole nozzle and maintains the stability of the blow without making excessive a blow-out speed when the blow-out flow rate is significantly changed, and also maintains the uniformity of the quantity of the blow from each nozzle when a plurality of nozzles are provided. SOLUTION: The fluid blow-out nozzle 61 for blowing a fluid (x) into a particle layer R has a blow-out part 71 for blowing the fluid (x) to the particle layer R with a first flow resistance against the fluid and a restriction part 64 disposed on the upstream side of the blow-out part with a second flow resistance always larger than the first flow resistance.
