<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and quickly prepare a report after travel or analyze data by saving test data such as travel speed and travel distance at the travel test of railroad vehicles in a personal computer. <P>SOLUTION: The vehicle information such as speed signal, motor current, and brake cylinder pressure acquired from a railroad vehicle is taken into a personal computer, so that a time-series waveform is displayed on a display of a personal computer, for confirming the test data and for recording it on a hard disc. After the test run, the test data recorded on the hard disc is read, to automatically prepare a report in a prescribed format. Thus, the time required for preparing the report is shortened much, while human errors such as erroneous reading or inputting of numerical values are avoided, for improved reliability. Related to data preservation, paper-less is realized by copying the data from a hard disc to a recording medium such as an optical disc. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
