PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging device which is lightweight and thin and has a superior imaging characteristic. SOLUTION: The imaging device 10 is equipped with a solid-state imaging element 11 which has photoelectric conversion parts 14 arrayed and formed in two dimensions on a main surface 13 of a semiconductor substrate 12, and a light guide film 21 which is provided on the solid-state imaging element 11 and has light guide parts 22 arrayed in two dimensions at specified intervals and light absorption parts 23 provided between the light guide parts 22.
