PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a large door apparatus which is simple in structure, low in cost, easy to maintain and inspect, and takes up only a small installation space. SOLUTION: The large door apparatus is formed of a lower rail 12, an upper guide slot 13, etc., which arcuately connect a frontage of a large building 1 to an outside area of the building 1, and arcuate large doors 11a, 11b which openably cover the frontage of the building 1 by moving along the lower rail 12 and the upper guide slot 13. According to the large door apparatus, the large door 11a moves in directions along an arrow A, whereby it arcuately moves between the frontage of the building 1 and a right outer portion of the same to open/close the frontage. Further, the large door 11b moves in directions along an arrow A, whereby it arcuately moves between the frontage of the building 1 and a left outer portion of the same to open/close the frontage.
