Composition containing a hydrophobin is used for cosmetic treatment of keratinic materials. Independent claims are also included for: (1) a cosmetic composition containing a chemically modified hydrophobin; (2) a cosmetic composition containing a hydrophobin and a polysaccharide; (3) cosmetic treatment of keratinic materials using a composition as above.
