The lamp has a luminous source and a corresponding optical guide fitting (10). Light is guided via the optical guide, in a predetermined direction, towards an optical emergence zone (14a,14b). An optical unit in the optical guide fitting deviates or splits the beam (16) from the source toward the emitting direction. This deviation unit is made by providing a groove in the optical guide fitting. The deviation is caused by reflection of light on a lateral surface (18) of the groove. The lateral surface forms an angle alpha, which is less than 25 degrees.
