PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a burden of operation and automatically select and present optimum broadcast service contents which a viewer desires, at an optimum timing, to a viewer or the like whose visual sense and hand and foot operation are restricted like the situation during car driving, regarding information distributing system and its receiving presentation equipment. SOLUTION: A contents transmitter 10 multiplexes broadcast service contents and metadata showing the attribute of the contents and performs simultaneous transmission at the same time. From a plurality of transmission channels, the contents receiving presentation equipment 20 receives and stores the broadcast service contents and the metadata, calculates an index showing the priority of presentation of each viewer by an automatic selection presentation program 304 about the plurality of broadcast service contents which are transmitted and stored, and selects and continuously presents the plurality of broadcast service contents according to the index.
