PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve heat exchange efficiency by using fresh air flow without using a fan. SOLUTION: A fin base 1 is bonded to a heat generating electronic device housing 2. The fin base 1 is provided with a fin group 3 having many needle-like fins 4. An air collecting hood 6 is arranged at an introduction end 3a which is the end on the opposite side to the fin base 1 of the fin group 3. The air taken into the hood 6 is introduced from the introduction end 3a to the inside of the fin group 3. The hood 6 is formed so that the cross-sectional area of flow path of the inside of the hood gradually becomes small from the upstream side toward the downstream side. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
